Ship it.Pump it.Take the pot.
Teams launch their project's coin on pump.fun. Every coin's creator fees pour into one pot. When the bell rings at 00:00 UTC, the highest market cap launched that day takes all of it.

Ship something
A hackathon entry, a side project, a startup. If it demos, it counts. Bring a name, a one-liner and a link people can click.
Launch its coin
Submit it here and your wallet signs one transaction: the pump.fun create plus your optional dev buy. The coin's creator fees are wired to the pot, not to you.
Run it up
Market cap is the scoreboard. Every coin ever launched on Hackpot keeps feeding the pot, so the prize grows all day while you shill.
Ring the bell
At 00:00 UTC the round closes. The highest market cap among that day's launches gets the whole pot sent to its payout wallet.
Where does the pot come from?+
pump.fun pays a creator fee on every trade of every coin. Each Hackpot coin's creator is a vault we hold, and a sweep every 10 minutes claims those fees into the pot wallet: 90% to the pot, 10% to the house. Each vault pays its own network fees from a 0.003 SOL gas tank the launch fills, so no outside wallet is involved.
Which coins can win?+
Only coins launched during the round. A coin from yesterday still trades and still feeds today's pot, but it already had its shot. Ship again tomorrow.
How is the winner picked?+
Market cap read straight from chain at the bell: the bonding curve for coins still on it, the PumpSwap pool for coins that graduated. Highest number wins. No judges, no votes.
What if nobody launches?+
The pot rolls into the next round and the next cheque gets bigger.
When do winners get paid?+
The sweep after the bell claims the last fees into the closed round, then sends the whole pot to the winning project's payout wallet in one transfer. The transaction shows up on the round's page.
